Eibhlín Morley - Director
Eibhlín has established a breadth and depth of international experience across multiple sectors, advising clients on strategy development, income generation, organisational and departmental planning, team management, and communications.
Her experience includes interim executive leadership, change and growth management, transformative capital campaigns, facilitation, training and board development. She is an expert strategist, providing insight and clarity at C-Suite and board level.
Eibhlín has worked extensively with private sector, non-profits and volunteer groups across the globe, including INGOs, heritage and arts organisations, and institutes of education.
Jonathan Manning - Director
With over 12 years in public sector leadership, Jonathan has built and led teams across the British Civil Service, in addition to roles in the private and not-for-profit sectors. He has experience across disciplines including strategy, change management, specialist research, Learning and Development, staffing, policy, diplomacy and advocacy.
Jonathan has a particular interest in staff development and people management, and in bringing strategic focus to every level of an organisation.
He is a qualified PRINCE2 Project Manager and an expert in strategic situational analysis.
